Each watch is sold under one of two VAT schemes, and its page says which.
Standard VAT
The price includes [21%] Dutch VAT, shown on your invoice. Business buyers can reclaim it.
Margin scheme
Many pre-owned watches are sold under the margin scheme: VAT is due only on our margin. It is included in the price and not shown separately on the invoice, so it cannot be reclaimed.
