How we work

Every watch goes through the same three steps

  1. A watch on the wrist being checked

    1. Check

    Reference, serial and parts are compared with the papers and with known examples from the period.

  2. A chronograph dial in detail

    2. Inspect

    Dial, hands, case and movement are inspected and timed. Every finding goes into the condition report.

  3. A blue Speedmaster on its strap

    3. Service

    Where needed, the watch is serviced before sale. The listing says exactly what was done.

Authentic, and documented

We only sell watches we are sure of. Where possible we add an archive extract or service history, and every original item in the set is photographed and listed.
