Service and guarantee
What happens before a watch is listed, and what you can count on after it arrives.
[Free] worldwide shipping
Every watch travels fully insured and tracked, and is handed over against a signature. [Delivery times per region.]
[30-day] returns
Not what you hoped for? Send it back in the condition you received it. [Return conditions and who pays shipping.]
[12-month] warranty
Covers the movement from the day of delivery. If it stops keeping time, we fix it. [What is excluded.]
How we prepare every watch
Three steps before anything goes on the site
1. Check
Serial, reference and parts are checked against the papers and known references for the period.
2. Inspect
The case is opened and the movement timed in several positions. Every finding goes into the condition report.
3. Service
Where needed, the watch is serviced by [watchmaker or partner]. The listing says what was done.
